As part of the What does Agriculture mean to You? series, which highlights the diversity of the people who work and play in the agricultural industry – let me introduce you to Trent Loos! Trent is a 6th generation United States farmer, agricultural advocate, and agricultural media personality in Nebraska. Trent and I met many years ago at a Meat Science Conference in Chicago and have remained friends since.
